Plastic Cards
Plastic cards come in six different colors and measure 3.5 in. x 2.125 in. Student lunchcards are made by printing barcodes on a standard mailing label and applying them to the plastic cards.

All School Lunch Installations are licensed on a per school/lunchroom. Each school cafeteria requires a separate license whether operated as a single school, multi-user or multi-school system.

Web Account Viewer (WAV)
Web Account Viewer is an companion product to School Lunch. WAV is a subscription service that is sold on a per school or district basis priced through June of the school year. When purchased after September of a given school year WAV pricing is prorated through the end of the school year. First time users get the first month free.
Less than 300 students per Installation--$180/year.
Between 300 and 1000 students--$240/year.
Between 1000 and 2000 student--$300/year.
Greater than 2000 students--call for pricing

Deposit Slips
Deposit slips can be filled out by students when they arrive to pay their money or sent to school previously filled out by the parents. All the secretary has to do is check the amount, sign it and
send a copy back home. When all money has been accepted, entering deposits can be done all at once in just a short time and you always have a paper trail.
